General Contracting (GC)

The GC teams consist of highly knowledgeable and experienced construction employees, who are able to deploy the right processes to address the challenges associated with large and complicated projects.

Due to the implementation of sophisticated and resilient contract- and claim management, permit monitoring, schedule and supply chain management processes, Tialoc is able to achieve better results in terms of efficiency and cost for the benefit of its customers.

Small Project General Contracting (SPGC)

The SPGC teams are dedicated to smaller projects and after sales services. Key Account Managers are in charge of addressing the specific needs of their customers from project implementation to after sales services.

SPGC maintains a sizeable stock of critical spare parts and equipment to ensure fast response times and quality, and also to minimise production outages at its customers’ manufacturing sites.

The SPGC team is mainly in charge by Tialoc Malaysia, which has G7, the highest level of construction contractor qualification at the local market, with business expansion in Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and other Southeast Asian countries.
